Responsible for developing customer relations, business strategies and satellite system designs for Eutelsat (Paris), SES ASTRA (Luxembourg), and SES AMERICOM (Princeton).
Led and delivered approximately 15 proposals for multi-million dollar state-of-the-art commercial communications satellite systems - programs captured are ASTRA 2C/2D (SES Global), and e-BIRD (Eutelsat).
The e-BIRD program was the first satellite contract awarded by Eutelsat to a manufacturer outside of Europe. Conducted entrepreneurial marketing campaigns for communications satellites for Turkey (Sunset, abcSat), Ukraine (national satellite system), and Russia (Intersputnik and Sadko mobile telephone system). Worked with strategic suppliers Saab Ericsson Space, Alenia Spazio, TESAT (Bosch), CASA and RYMSA to develop a team win strategy.

Regional Marketing Manager for Indonesia, 1995-98
Responsible for maintaining customer relations, business strategies and satellite system designs for PT Telkom, PT Satelindo and PT PSN, all in Jakarta. Led and delivered approximately 6 proposals, including the first proposal for the largest, most powerful satellite in the world (the Boeing 702) – a campaign that lasted one year. Managed the 15-year, $35 million internship and industrial offset programs with IPTN (Bandung); hired and employed approximately 15 engineering interns per year.

Led and won the sales campaign, successfully managed the entire program, and delivered two satellites on orbit.

Responsible for all aspects of the program starting with the I&T phase through launch and program shutdown.
Successfully forecasted the budget for the last 20 months of the program on a week-by-week basis.

Responsible for leading the program team through the final manufacturing phases of the five satellites.

Responsible for leading the T&C systems engineering team that designed the complete T&C subsystem for the satellite.
Managed the integration/interfaces of the outsourced digital electronics provided by a European subcontractor.

Lead T&C Systems Engineer, Pioneer Venus Program
Responsible for the initial proposal design concept, and design, development, test and mission execution of the T&C Subsystem for the Pioneer Venus program. The Pioneer Venus mission consisted of two satellites; the orbiter and the main vehicle that transported the four probes to Venus. One significant task was the design, development and execution of the hardwired command sequence that operated the probes during their decent through the Venusian atmosphere.
