The Tadler Company is currently a sole proprietorship.

The owner has over 40 years of experience in managing, designing, developing and testing communication satellites for domestic and international customers and service providers.

He has specialized in the international communications market and in the development of its business strategies.

In the latter part of his career, the owner successfully managed two commercial satellite fixed price contracts.

His noteworthy skills are leadership, communication, organization and building team morale.

He has led and developed teams throughout all phases of the program (marketing, campaigns, negotiations, design, development, manufacturing, test and launch operations).

The owner prides himself in his ability to build customer rapport and trust in a multi-cultural, global environment through sincerity, competence, interpersonal relationship skills, a “can do” attitude, and steadfast support of the customer’s needs and expectations.
